A platform, not a point tool
One platform. Many clinician-reviewed programs.
Veridian Health Partners is building a modular platform of clinician-reviewed wellness programs. Each runs on the tablets facilities already have, with a licensed clinician in the loop.

The flagship module
Veridian Motion: physical-therapist-led triage, inside the facility.
Musculoskeletal pain is common, treatable, and too often left unaddressed in correctional healthcare. Veridian Motion gives facilities a structured way to assess and respond — with a licensed physical therapist reviewing every case.
Patient Portal
Motion Intake
A guided, tablet-based check-in: sign in with your Patient ID and PIN, describe the complaint, capture posture photos with on-screen silhouettes, and answer a few plain-language questions.
For physical therapists
Motion Review
Every intake routes to the on-staff PT with photos, AI-assisted observations, and a draft bodyweight exercise plan ready to review, adjust, and approve.
On the roadmap
Motion Follow-up
Approved plans and PT notes flow back to the patient on their next kiosk visit, with compliance and follow-up tracking for facility staff.
For staff, too
Two sides of the wall. One platform.
The people who work in corrections have some of the worst health outcomes in public service — high rates of injury, burnout, and turnover that cost facilities millions in workers' compensation and staffing. Veridian Motion extends the same movement-based, physical-therapist-reviewed approach to officer and staff wellness: private and voluntary for the officer, with only anonymous, aggregate insight for the facility. Healthier staff means fewer injuries, better retention, and lower cost — the same prevention-first thesis, for the people who keep the facility running.
