About
Clinician-led tools for care that reaches further.
Veridian Health Partners is a clinician-led company building specialty clinical tools for the people who deliver care. Our first product, Veridian Motion, is a posture and musculoskeletal triage platform for corrections facilities — designed to bring physical-therapist-led assessment into places where specialists can't easily go.
Our principles
What we hold ourselves to.
Dignity first
Everyone deserves competent, humane health care — including patients in correctional facilities, who are too often overlooked.
Clinician-led
Physical therapists design the care; our technology extends their reach into places specialists can't easily go.
A therapist always reviews
AI does the heavy lifting to save time, but a licensed physical therapist reviews every case. Guidance is supportive, never a diagnosis.
Built for custody
Designed around the real constraints of jails: security, limited on-site specialists, and locked facility devices.
Better outcomes, lower risk
Addressing musculoskeletal pain early improves function and dignity for patients, and reduces the preventable deterioration, transport burden, and liability facilities and counties carry when care goes unmet.
Our purpose
Meaningful relief for people who are otherwise easy to forget.
Musculoskeletal pain — back, joints, mobility — is one of the most common and most treatable health problems in jails, yet it is frequently left unaddressed until it becomes chronic. Veridian Motion gives facilities a structured, physical-therapist-led way to assess and respond to these complaints inside the facility, without requiring an on-site PT or off-site transport for every case. The result is meaningful relief and preserved function for people who are otherwise easy to forget — and a documented, defensible standard of care that helps facilities reduce risk and cost.
The team
Who's building Veridian.
Clinical and technical leadership behind Veridian Motion.
Leon Cherbukhovsky, PT, DPT
Co-founder
Leon is a licensed physical therapist and the clinical foundation of Veridian Motion. He designs the assessment logic, exercise protocols, and safety guardrails, and ensures a licensed clinician stands behind every recommendation the platform makes. His practice keeps the product grounded in real musculoskeletal care and a documented standard that protects patients and facilities alike.
Eric Ragozin
Co-founder
Eric leads product, engineering, and platform security for Veridian Motion. He designs the systems that turn clinical intent into dependable software — private by design, auditable end to end, and built to hold up in high-stakes environments. His focus is applied AI and healthcare-grade data protection, so the technology earns the trust of the facilities and clinicians who rely on it.
